​        Experience is the most important step for the knowledge to get imbibed in a student’s personality. With this realisation we are making a sincere and a humble effort to fill the gap between the information received by a child from various sources and the real experience of it. We, through Genius Nestlings and The Lit Workbench, intend to create future designers and leaders who, through their ethical and socially responsible approach to design, make the world stronger and hence a better place to live.

        This venture is a brain child of Mr. Nitin Agrawal who is an alumni of Sir J. J. School of Art and The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He also received a scholarship to study in France where his core subjects were Conceptual Art and Art History. A passionate educationist, he has over twenty years of experience in teaching Art & Design, out of which he has been involved with mainstream schooling since last thirteen years practically teaching every board and preparing students for professional courses in various disciplines of Visual Arts. He has a special liking for woodworking and along with this venture he also works as a consultant for school art departments.
